What information we collect  

The ECS Financial Web site collects personal information about you whenever you make a request for service over the Web site, send an email to ECS Financial or complete one of our online forms or questionnaires. ECS Financial also collects technical information such as your Internet Protocol ("IP") address and your domain name. ECS Financial logs IP addresses and domain names as part of its efforts to monitor site usage, including the number of visits to our site, the average time spent on our site and the number of pages viewed. By tracking this type of information, we hope to continuously improve upon the content we provide and the products and services that are available to our Customers. ECS Financial does not currently share these statistics with outside parties and our Web site does not link IP addresses or domain names with any personal identifying information.

How we collect information

As mentioned above, when you visit the ECS Financial Web site, the site collects certain technical information such as your IP address and domain name. Through the forms you complete and e-mails you send us, we also collect personal and company information as described above. ECS Financial takes steps that it believes to be reasonable and consistent with customary business practice to protect the information under our control from loss, misuse and alteration. Such information is not replicated or shared with any other entities except as described herein. At this time, encryption is not used to protect data transmissions to or from the ECS Financial web site. Choice/opt-out Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor. Future use of information  

This policy describes ECS Financial's current business practices related to the use of the information we collect on ecsfinancial.com. In the future, ECS Financial may choose to change the way it collects and/or uses this information. Such new use may include the sale or transfer of all or a portion of its database information: (i) to providers of a service that ECS Financial believes is valuable to its Customers, (ii) as part of a large-scale transaction affecting the ownership interests in ECS Financial (such as a merger or acquisition).
