Lipski, CLFP, Principal at ECS Financial Services, Inc., as the recipient of its NEFA Significant Contribution Award—recognizing a career defined by leadership, service, and a lasting impact on the equipment finance and leasing industry. The award was presented during the 2026 NEFA Spring Conference, held March 30–April 1 in Huntington Beach.
