ECS Financial Services Successfully Passes Triennial AICPA Peer Review
Northbrook, IL, October 21, 2016 — ECS Financial Services, a full-service financial firm specializing in the equipment financing industry, recently passed its triennial American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) peer review. Its participation and successful completion of the review demonstrates the company’s commitment to maintaining high professional standards.

The rigorous process began when an AICPA qualified local firm accepted the task of conducting the review. The reviewing firm then contentiously studied ECS’ policies and procedures in order to determine if they comply with professional standards that relate to quality control, ethical responsibilities, and leadership goals.
The peer reviewer then took a representative sample of ECS Financial’s work, or engagements, to decide if the firm abides by its set policies and performs quality work for its clients. The reviewers concluded that the firm’s system of quality control for its accounting and auditing practices have been suitably designed and comply with applicable professional standards.
In addition to proving their systems remain compliant with AICPA standards, ECS’ participation in the review program, confirms their dedication to serving their clients to the best of their ability.
